Stains
No Harsh Chemicals
Once you decide on a flooring option, Renaissance goes to work. Our refinishing process is a multi-step sanding process beginning with 36 or 40 grit sandpaper to remove old finish and level your floor. The floor is then resanded 2 more times with higher grit sandpaper before being finished with a hundred grit screen and a buffer and a UFO sanding system to provide a surface ready for stains and finishes.
